Paths from Research to Impact

The challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic has been met by unprecedented collaborative efforts across the research community. The paths from research to impact have been dramatically shortened as decision makers around the world have sought to address the many unknowns of the pandemic.

This workshop brings together a breadth of experts to highlight how data-driven research on COVID-19 has informed policy decisions and impacted the pandemic response on both local and global scales. The structure of the workshop emphasizes discussion about still unresolved challenges in hope of igniting new collaborations and research progress.

The MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society (IDSS), including the Technology and Policy Program (TPP), and the IDSS COVID-19 Collaboration Isolat are happy to welcome you to this online event.
